Joel Donaldson got himself arrested and unintentionally vindicated the more crotchety elements of our society when his attempt to flee police was foiled by his saggy pants. The 21-year-old allegedly punched a woman in the face and snatched her phone near Brooklyn Borough Hall on Tuesday afternoon. “He was zigzagging all over the place, but he couldn’t run because his pants was falling down,” witness Arlene Williams tells the Post. “This cop saw it, and he went right after him.” Donaldson made it about a block before his pants were around his ankles, exposing his boxers and allowing the officer to tackle him.
