Alec Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria, has been pregnant for a while now, so it should come as no surprise that she delivered a baby girl at Mount Sinai Hospital sometime on Friday. “We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter Carmen Gabriela,” Hilaria tweeted. “She is absolutely perfect.” Original Baldwin daughter Ireland also tweeted the news, along with a sweet note welcoming Carmen to their “crazy family” and life in general. Dad, who stopped posting to Twitter following some unpleasantness earlier this summer, re-tweeted his wife and older daughter but did not tweet about the birth himself. However, a New York Daily News source confirmed that he is, in fact, “overjoyed.”
