Bill de Blasio picked up President Barack Obama’s endorsement on Monday, and at a Democratic Party fundraiser on Tuesday the president praised what has been one of the breakout stars of De Blasio’s campaign: Dante de Blasio’s Afro. “His son, Dante … has the same hairdo as I had in 1978,” Obama said. “Although I have to confess my Afro was never that good. It was a little imbalanced.”
