Donald Sachtleben will plead guilty to charges of anonymously leaking to the Associated Press in what officials called “one of the most serious [cases] in U.S. history,” involving a foiled underwear bomb plot and a double agent. According to Reuters, the former FBI agent and government contractor “agreed to a prison sentence of three years and seven months for the leak in addition to a separate sentence for unrelated child-pornography charges,” in which he was accused of using the e-mail address “pedodave69@yahoo.com.”
