An undercover cop and his fellow violent motorcyclists have been charged with gang assault for chasing and eventually beating Alexian Lien as he tried to escape them in his Range Rover on West Side Highway. The NYPD officer, Wojciech Braszczok, could end up in prison for 25 years if he is convicted of the top charges against him. All the men have pleaded not guilty.
