Newark residents who have gotten used to calling on their mayor for help via Twitter must find a new (or old) way to contact the city’s new chief executive, former City Council president Luis Quintana. “I don’t twit. I only walk. I don’t e-mail. I don’t Facebook,” Quintana told the New Jersey Star-Ledger. The self-described “old-school politician” said e-mail was a distraction. “I return calls. I know neighborhoods. I know Mrs. Lopez.” Just not @Mrslopez.
