The latest video documenting the ghostly wail of the wind through One World Trade Center comes not from Hurricane Sandy, when many first noticed the phenomenon, but from just last week, during a fairly routine bit of bad weather. “Outside it was raining but the trees were calm. I can only imagine at that height the weather is different,” the video’s creator wrote to the Tribeca Citizen. Extra spooky.
