John Miller has gone through the metaphorical “revolving door” more times than most people have passed through actual revolving doors. He had been a reporter for New York’s NBC affiliate for a decade before joining the NYPD as a spokesman in 1994. After reentering journalism with a stint at ABC News, Miller held positions in the LAPD, the FBI, and the office of the Director of National Intelligence before reentering journalism again with CBS News in 2011. Now, he’s coming back to the NYPD under his old boss, Bill Bratton, to work on counterintelligence. At least until he joins Fox News in 2015, probably.
