North Korea Sent a Threatening Fax to the South

In its latest bit of comically inept saber rattling, North Korea sent a note to South Korea threatening to strike “without notice,” South Korean officials told Yonhap News. Making it hard to take that threat seriously: the fact that it came via fax. If the medium is the message, then the message is “meh.”
