The New York Aquarium’s orphan walrus, who has yet to make his public debut, is now chilling at SeaWorld San Antonio, where it was 64 degrees yesterday. “That is definitely our plan, to bring him back,” the aquarium’s director assured the Times, but repairs and renovations are not expected to be finished until 2016. Since we last heard from him, Mitik went from a 234-pound baby (see left) to a 700-pound beast with growing tusks, so we’ve pretty much missed the really cute part already.
