A 22-year-old on Tenth Avenue in Manhattan allegedly downed his “marijuana cigar” mid-smoke as a NYPD officer approached, only to get pinched for his open 375ml bottle of Georgi vodka. Obstruction and tampering with evidence charges were added, although “the officer did not recover the cigar from Smith’s body.” Nature did that.
