Joe Biden told the ladies of The View today that he hasn’t decided if he’ll run in 2016, but it seems he’s already worked out a campaign strategy. Rather than fighting “Uncle Joe Syndrome,” he’ll embrace his true nature and become more like his popular Onion persona. The latest evidence: At an event honoring Black History Month on Tuesday night, the vice president said he and Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, a former NBA player, could take on the president in basketball. “I told the President, next game I have him,” Biden said. “Just remember I may be a white boy, but I can jump.”
