Winter had the Prospect Park goat head and the headless roosters, but a new season means a new potentially scarified animal. DNAinfo reports three decapitated, “quite large” chickens found at an Inwood park, “fully feathered.” If we’re working with a serial animal executioner, he’s either making one hell of a (hydra-satyr?) Frankenstein monster or has himself quite the stew goin’.
