An autopsy has confirmed the unbearable details in the torture and starving of 4-year-old Myls Dobson in midtown earlier this year, giving the cause of death as “child abuse syndrome, including dehydration,” and clearing the way for murder charges against his 27-year-old caretaker, Kryzie King.
