After 26 years of marriage to a less than perfect man, Silda Spitzer is being more than fairly compensated. The couple’s recently finalized “post-nuptial” agreement includes a $7.5 million lump sum, plus $240,000 a year until she dies or remarries, a new car “no more than every five years,” a housekeeper, a part-time assistant, unspecified “entertainment” costs, and $100,000 annually for charity, according to documents obtained by Radar Online. Silda also gets to keep the Fifth Avenue apartment (“or any replacement primary residences of similar size, location and quality”) and they’ll split the farm upstate, although guests who could “cause any of their children emotional distress, unhappiness, embarrassment, hurt or harm in any way” are banned. Ahem.
