In a terrible start to the week for everyone involved, a group of four teenagers and a 12-year-old are being questioned for allegedly attacking a jogger and two women around 5 a.m. today in Central Park. After being threatened with a stick or a small wooden bat, the first victim reportedly resisted only to get punched in the face. The same group then targeted a pair of women, who handed over an iPhone and iPad, according to police. Only three of the teens were originally picked up, but the other two reportedly appeared at the police station to check on their friends and ended up arrested as well. It’s like the ‘80s but stupider.
“It’s clear,” O’Neill said that Pantaleo “can no longer” carry out the job as a New York City police officer.
