The NYPD has changed its official policy and will stop confiscating condoms as potential evidence against suspected sex workers, the AP reports. “A policy that inhibits people from safe sex is a mistake and dangerous,” said Mayor de Blasio. “And there are a number of ways you can go about putting together evidence.” Official NYC condoms for everyone, all the time!
