Donald Sterling hasn’t been making as many headlines recently, but rest assured that he’s still as charming as ever. The Los Angeles Times reports that during his second day of testimony in a trial over whether his wife Shelly had the right to sell the Los Angeles Clippers for $2 billion, Sterling yelled at both the opposing attorney and his own lawyer, suggested that Shelly isn’t capable of understanding the family trust, and blasted the NBA. ”Make no mistake today,” Sterling shouted. ”I will never, ever sell this team, and until I die I will be suing the NBA for this terrible violation under antitrust.”

Later, Shelly Sterling took the stand, saying she arranged medical tests for her husband because she believed he might be developing Alzheimer’s disease. “He’s been getting more forgetful. He’s slurring his words. He’s agitated a lot. He gets mad for no particular reason,” she said. “He’s just not the same person that he used to be.”

When Shelly tried to approach her husband after leaving the stand, he capped off the day with another outburst. “Stay away from me, you pig,” Sterling said, adding, “Shelly, how could you lie?”
