Nebraska’s Richard George Kopf, a federal judge appointed by President George H.W. Bush, spent his holiday weekend blogging, which is apparently something he does regularly. “To the average person, the result looks stupid and smells worse,” he wrote of last week’s Hobby Lobby decision, urging the Supreme Court to stay away from “deciding highly controversial cases (most of the time),” if possible. “As the kids says [sic], it is time for the Court to stfu.” The link to UrbanDictionary is his.
