Aliana Tsarnaeva, the 23-year-old sister of Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment on Wednesday afternoon for allegedly calling a West Harlem woman and saying, “I know people who can come up there and put a bomb on you.” Tsarnaeva lives with her boyfriend in North Bergen, New Jersey, and police say the woman she threatened is the mother of his child. Threatening to kill people is generally a bad idea, but if you can’t resist, try not to reference that one horrific thing your family is known for.
