The White House announced Friday that it is imposing sanctions on several Iranian groups with links to the country’s nuclear program, even as the administration “remains committed” to a long-term nuclear deal. The move comes after Iran missed a major reporting deadline and broke several other promises made in an interim nuclear agreement, which was reached in November. Not good news.
