Just a few days after a judge found Olympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius guilty of manslaughter in the shooting death of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, the South African Olympic committee has decided he will be allowed to compete in the Olympics, as long as it does not conflict with the judge’s ruling.
