A baby bear got stuck in a Pasadena trash bin while hunting for food with its mom. NBC Los Angeles promptly dispatched a news chopper to capture aerial footage of the ordeal, and you can watch rescuers trying to figure out how to get the bear out of the trash bin … live! Ain’t America grand.
Rescuers are currently organizing to get the bear out of the trash can by reaching a ladder inside, but the mama bear is being fiercely protective.
Honestly, if I had to think of a metaphor for my life, “trapped inside a trash bin” would be pretty apt.
