A man in Delaware who is clearly not very into cross-dressing is suing a local surgical center after he claims he awoke from surgery wearing women’s underwear. And not just any women’s underwear: pink women’s underwear.
The lawsuit claims that 32-year-old Andrew Walls suffered such mental anguish upon waking from a colonoscopy to find himself modeling the type of undergarments that half the population wears every single day that he “lost wages and … earning capacity.” So he’s suing Delaware Surgery for damages, claiming “intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
Thank God they didn’t put a thong on him, or he’d never work again.
