The owners of Lola the tortoise brought him to a veterinarian’s office in South Florida after he refused to eat and just wasn’t acting like himself. The doctor decided to give Lola an Xray and was so surprised by the results that he first thought the office staff was pranking him.
As it turns out, Lola’s digestion issues stemmed from the fact that he consumed a turtle-shaped charm, and it was stuck in his tummy. The resulting Xray shows the little turtle charm nestled inside a larger turtle. It’s turtles all the way down.
