Dr. Martin Salia, a surgeon who contracted Ebola while treating patients in his native Sierra Leone, has died while being treated at Nebraska Medical Center, according to the AP. A permanent resident of the U.S., Dr. Salia arrived in Omaha on Saturday and passed away on Monday after 11 days of displaying Ebola symptoms.
