New York is finally getting its very own cat café, and we can’t help thinking NYC Welcome Ambassador Taylor Swift had something to do with it. Meow Parlor opens on the Lower East Side December 15, but will start accepting reservations tomorrow so you don’t have to wait outside in the freezing cold just to pet a cat (that’d be totally worth it, though).
