On Tuesday, Governor Cuomo announced that the state will finally erect a one-and-a-half-mile AirTrain that will run along Grand Central Parkway, connecting La Guardia Airport to the 7 train and LIRR. They’re still in the initial planning phases, so now it’s a race to see which will get built first: this or the Second Avenue subway. (Hint: We’re never getting either.)
