This Week’s Edition of Charlie Hebdo Will Include Mohammed Cartoons

Wednesday’s edition of Charlie Hebdo will feature cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed, the publication’s lawyer Richard Malko said on French radio. Writes the AFP, Charlie Hebdo “will ‘obviously’ lampoon Mohammed — among other figures — to show staff will ‘cede nothing’ to extremists seeking to silence them.” The special edition will run in 16 languages and, thanks to a donation from Google, print one million copies.
