Here’s one that certainly won’t be making the weekly good news list: A 22-year-old pregnant woman was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital last week after a man threw her to the ground and kicked her because she didn’t thank him when he held the door for her.
According to DNAinfo, the woman, a maintenance worker, was entering a housing complex on West 26th Street when the unnamed man grew angry at her for not being grateful enough for his unsolicited chivalry. He then yelled and told her to “suck my dick” before punching her multiple times. When she attempted to fight back, he tossed her to the ground and kicked her.
Great to see humanity continues to be the worst.
