President Obama was playing pick-up basketball with five Washington Wizards players and a few lucky kids at the annual Easter Egg Roll, and he definitely wanted to make sure all the professional athletes on the court noticed how well he was doing. “He showed off today,” point guard John Wall told the Washington Post. “He hit two game-winners so he showed off a little bit today.”
Obama celebrated by high-fiving his very short teammates and trash-talking noted trash-talker Paul Pierce: “That’s three in a row! What you got to say?!”
The Wizards thankfully saved this for posterity on their Instagram feed.
