A Louisiana grand jury indicted real-estate scion and murder suspect Robert Durst on two gun charges on Wednesday. The 71-year-old was found in possession of guns and a controlled substance in a New Orleans hotel room on March 14. If convicted of the charges, he’ll face 5 to 20 years in prison; the indictments also indefinitely delay his extradition to California, where he’s being investigated for the murder of his friend Susan Berman.
