Five of the sparklers are available by the glass, and there’s also a lighthearted menu of champagne cocktails: The Au Pear’s liqueur-soaked pear bits perfectly complement the sweet-tart wine’s ripe flavor. Located on the second floor of Country, across from its formal dining room, this nook boasts enormous windows, low brown leather chairs, and a Deco-inspired marble bar adorned with vitrines full of jewel-toned garnishes.
