The Chelsea-in-the-Hamptons trend reversed when the perennial East End hot spot Star Lounge took over the space under the Chelsea Hotel formerly occupied by Serena. Owners Charles Ferri and Vekrum Kaushik enlisted designer Heidar Sedeki to give the two rooms a respectively modern and classical feel. House-hip-hop DJs spin for a strictly guest-list crowd.
