Nay-sayers insist that B-Bar’s moment has passed and that it now draws only bridge-and-tunnel drinkers in pursuit of the trendy Gothamites who have, little do they know, moved on to less hyped locales. B Bar’s defenders, on the other hand, point out the outdoor patio will always have its appeal when the weather's right, even if the crowd includes a few less bold-faced names.
