Profile
Every bartender and cocktail waitress at this downtown Irish pub sports a ruddy, cheerful expression and purls in a soothing brogue. The Internet jukebox bleats Bob Marley and Alabama, and while the corner-office dwellers have their fair share of space at the bar, the atmosphere is decidedly working-class. Vintage 9/11 photos of firemen dot the walls beside black-and-tan Guinness badges, American flags, and NY Rangers paraphernalia. The Johnny Walker tastes a little watered-down, but what the hell.
