Like a humble band, Black Betty must note that its greatest strength is its fanbase. Happily, the crowd is sans attitude, a welcome alternative to sweaty late-night pageantry. DJs spin an educated mix of funk and soul and rock, but a sultry Moroccan theme and stiff drinks are often to blame for the common outbursts of dancing among would-be wallflowers. An impressive menu of Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean fare is only a room away, and although heavy, it provides a civilized reprieve from a night of drinking, dancing, and debauchery.

it has a bar and the restaurant. we went to the bar. there was live music from a great band from UK. it was really nice friendly atmosphere, and had great music. if you want to go out in williamsburg area, that is one of the spots you should check out.
