Profile
This anti-NoHo NoHo watering hole's half-dozen or so booths are perpetually full, as are the high tables with stools, with local after-workers—lots of publishing folk, no one in a suit. A middle area boasts three dartboards, and the back room has three (!) green-felt pool tables. When you've had a few too many pints of Coors Light, fuel up on snacks from the vending machines. And don't forget to check scores on one of their ten TVs, and of course, the jukebox between rounds. Pool, darts, a jukebox, and a Buck Hunter video game. All this place needs is a kitchen and a karaoke machine. — Matt Dobkin

To other poster-It's $25 and that was the last thing I would complain about. Go to the ATM.
I walked in here waiting for my girlfriend to get out of a performance down the street. while I waitied I noticed the huge beers and was sure they were going to cost too much. I asked and it was happy hour(till 8) and for $4.50 I got a 28oz glass of Bud Light!- for $1 more you can get anything on tap good selections. $4.50 is incredible in NY and $5.50 is still a bargain. I ended up bringing a whole group back from Puck Fair down the st.(you want to complain about prices- go there) and we drank all night and the staff and even the bouncer were super cool to us. Highly recommended for cheap beer and good times. If you are hungry ask for the menu book which they keep and encourage you to use and order from. Screw the kitchen get whatever you want.
Ridiculous 30 dollar minimum on credit cards!

Just another example of Manhattan jerks running some shitty charmless bar and trying to gouge their witless customers. Seriously, 30 dollars minimum for a credit card transaction is absurd. It doesn't cost merchants very much to get the little machine from VISA and Mastercard, and it's a definite violation of their merchant agreement to force customers to spend 30 bucks. If it were some little bodega selling packs of Trident I could understand a 10 dollar min, but this is a huge bar and the beers are already 6 or 7 bucks each. Jerks.
