Carnival is the Disney version of Coney Island, offering the same glorious low-rent fun without any of South Brooklyn’s charming grit. The club's main floor is ringed with boardwalk attractions: visitors step up to the ticket booth to buy a round tackling timeless distractions like target darts, the strong man challenge, and the water-pistol sharpshooter; the best-armed walk home with life-sized Mickeys for their lady friends. Its atmosphere invites excess, with a full candy stand, a "Fun House" dance hall and a private party bachelor pad fit with flatscreens and space-age divans.
