Bowlmor Lanes has converted its sprawling upstairs into Carnival, which is just how it sounds. During the day, kids can learn trapeze; at night, adults slurp down alcoholic snow cones, cotton-candy cocktails, and pulled-pork sliders.

I decided to have my 23rd birthday at Carnival since it was new. I called up and the event planner was kind enough to show us the place. It was really nice...finally something different in New York. The event planner was nice enough to set us up with a table in the Fun house. The DJ played the typical music (hiphop, 80's and top 40's). Overall Carnival was perfect for my birthday party...all my friends had fun and had no issues getting in.
