Cellar Bar feels like Disney World's take on an "authentic" wine cellar, complete with a vaulted gray brick ceiling and medieval chandeliers. After-work singles and hotel guests sit at the candlelit bar, munching wasabi peas and swilling expensive cocktails. Scantily clad waitresses in Victoria's Secret corsets deliver bar food to guests reclining on leather couches, carefully patrolling the room to ensure high turnover. Yet despite its naked ambition to join the club of trendy hotel bars, this one leaves you with the unmistakable feeling that this cellar is oversold. — Christopher Brescia
