The Cock moved from its low-ceilinged, sardine-can room in summer of 2005 and now inhabits what was formerly the aptly-named gay and punk hangout The Hole. Despite the new space, it retains its penchant for irony-laced depravity. A young and young-acting crowd swells appropriately for a variety of theme nights: Tuesday's Big Gulp party features DJs, guest go-go dancers and a $10 open bar. The Cock has been an institution since it opened in the late '90s.
