At this expansive Bay Ridge gem, "lounge" is still a verb. Snuggle into one of the curvy rococo sofas, drape yourself over a velvet fainting couch, or perch on a leopard skin stool—there's not a bad seat in the house. The menu offers an impressive array of Italian and Asian appetizers, and you won't find tastier, or larger, cocktails in Manhattan, even at twice the price (try the almond martini). But Delia's real treat is its décor—a delightfully earnest melange of Thai statuary, Chinese lanterns, and assorted Greco-Roman objets d'art. However, for all the bada-bing razzmatazz, this is ultimately a low-key couples' scene, populated by an older, well-cologned and artfully-coiffed neighborhood crowd. — Andrew Yamato
