A separate but equally plush annex to the steakhouse next door, Dylan Prime is nothing if not ambitious when it comes to happy hour. The cocktail menu features concoctions like the Bloodless Bloody Mary, a nutrition-free alternative to the standard, substituting horseradish and hot pepper-infused Stoli and celery seed for the red stuff. A supersized Ultimate Martini ("serves four") boasts five different stuffed olives in a forty-eight ounce glass and comes with an $85 price tag. As befits such power imbibing, the décor is an authoritative mix of high ceilings, banquettes with big windows and bizarre Danish Modern wooden cubbyholes looming over the bar. — Bruce Bennett
