It’s not all that unusual to see a patron wearing sunglasses and stilettos (and exhibiting a good deal of flesh) step out of a canary-yellow Lamborghini on her way to this posh boite from the owners of neighboring Home. In the intimate room, she’ll then snag a reserved table for bottle service and take in a soundtrack of house and techno. One wall has a recessed display of hundreds of symmetrically placed candles; another is sheathed in an arresting wallpaper repeating Rorschach inkblots. Designer Steve Lewis was also responsible for Marquee and the late, legendary Spa, but this time he’s crafted a space ideal for whispered conversation and the occasional heavy petting session rather than super-club hijinks. — Veronica Cooper

I am a mature 24 years old and the last thing I want to do on my night out is waste $25 to get into Guest House. I went to this horrific club/loung with my 28yr old boyfriend and was appalled to see many obviously underage people there. I even saw a 19 yr old there that I know from the local Starbucks!! The crowd is so young it's disgusting and their $12 drinks are definately prepared for this underage crowd. It took me 7 Gin & Gingerale cocktails to even get a buzz, and I had been tipping the bartender $5 on every drink that I ordered. I rather go to a dive-bar in Jersey than ever return to this underage utopia...If you are like 18yrs old, you'll love it and will surely get in....oh and "simplycorrissa" obviously works for these morons so if you take her word for it, and visit Guest House, you will be wishing you took my advice instead!!
