A bi-level restaurant/lounge with the air of a cigar club, located in a midtown townhouse and co-owned by actor Bershan Shaw. The menu is a bit girlie-drink heavy (and nights such as Jezebel Thursday are in keeping with former resident Divine Bar East’s femininity), but there's a somewhat masculine interior —  velvet wallpaper, snakeskin leather walls, alligator-tufted ceilings (um?), antique books, Chinese swords, and masks from Bali.  — Daniel Maurer
