The House of Brews offers a veritable world tour of hopps and barley, whisking you through a cornucopia of 100 beers from over 18 countries, from the obligatory Belgium brews to the pride of China. In a long, narrow space that's warmed by rust-colored walls and rich, dark woods, Banana Republic die-hards sit at tall round tables, or on faux-suede banquettes in the back as they quaff seasonal and limited brews. Highlights among the couple dozen tap beers include Chimay Tripel, handmade by Cistercian Trappist monks; or among the bottles, Hitachino White Ale from Japan. Those overwhelmed by the myriad choices can try a four-ounce sampler glass of any draft. A limited wine and champagne selection, along with specialty cocktails and coffee drinks, is also available, but the food menu—which includes crisp pommes frites—is geared to the hopps-happy. As stated on their menu, "Life's too short to drink cheap beer."

Party-goers consider partaking in the colossal 96 oz. beer bong.
