This often packed Korea Town sing-along space offers a 87,000-strong song library with a particular devotion to the Backstreet Boys and musicals: Tunes are available in English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese, and new songs are added monthly. The décor resembles a seedy motel, with a flaky orange paint job and intermittent squeals emerging from the thirteen private rooms. The occasional lapse in English on the menu and website is more endearing than annoying — and, under the right circumstances, so are the bewildering videos (Japanese soap operas, bad eighties commercials) accompanying the music. The main space bar can fit up to 15; for larger parties of up to 25, there is an additional private room complete with silver leather couches, a 50-inch TV, and the requisite disco ball.
