A DJ delivers low-key house music through a top-of-the-line sound system while a well-dressed clientele perches at tables ringed by leather banquettes, ordering from tight-skirted servers peddling exotic cocktails, a “sipping list” boasting samples of 60-year-old Scotch, and $1500 bottles of Cristal.
