Las Chicas Locas takes over the space formerly inhabited by West 25th Street Lounge, a sad little bar inside the Chelsea outpost of Sheraton’s mid-market hotel brand Four Points. This new iteration acquits itself quite nicely: Located on the first floor of the hotel, it offers high-quality tequilas (there are more than thirty available), a pricey Latin American food menu, and cocktails mixed with fresh agave nectar. To its credit, it's much more of a bar in a hotel than a hotel bar. — Ben Lebeaux
