Despite some serious flaws, this three-floor palace of sin stays jammed with Midtown West’s after-work crowd and weekend carousers. The space may be huge—billiards and an ancillary bar on the second floor, lounge and private party space up top—but the limited beer menu doesn’t keep up. Likewise, the menu has all the neo-bar-food crowd-pleasers—mini-burgers and nachos—but is ultimately unremarkable. Pounding music and neon light flood the lower level where a sea of glowing button-downs gyrate. The saving grace? There’s quiet refuge in the back booths and a killer happy hour that starts at 3pm on weekdays. — Stephen Dougherty
